Our grills are designed for wood and charcoal. For the most authentic flavor, we recommend using red oak or other hardwoods. The adjustable grate height lets you control the heat precisely, whether you're searing steaks or slow-cooking ribs.
Keep your grill covered when not in use. After each cook, brush the grates clean while still warm. Occasionally check the crank mechanism and wheels for smooth operation. The heavy-gauge steel is built to withstand the elements, but a quality grill cover will extend its life significantly.
